I will hopefully be adding it in this week.Įrato has kindly finished off the E353, which will add to Bamito's 651 Series that has also been coded (which means the next version will have 2 new Joban Line trains).

The E531 series has been completed by Bamito-303, but is not yet in-game. The 207-900 series has also been added! The 205 series is waiting for a re-code and more liveries - so it might not make it for the next version. The KiHa 80 has made an appearence, along with the 485 series. JP+ Engines and Wagons is coded/managed by Emporer Jake as a seperate NewGRF, but we have been working closely throughout. It has been planned for a while now, hence why on release the files so far have been called 'JP+ Multiple Units'. There are new sprites for the 205 series and the 201 series has been completed with all liveries it has worn (excluding specials), thanks to ChuoSpecialRapid201. The JP+ world grows, with JP+EW (JP+ Engines and Wagons) joining in.

This set contains all (commercial) suspended monorails from Japan, for use with the Suspended Monorail Tramway Replacement NewGRF. I tried converting tracks to all different kinds of narrow gauge tracks with no luck. I have an issue with the japanese train sets for narrow gauge not reaching their rated speed limits (stops accelerating at 75kph). 115 Series liveries and 209 Series variations While in SimCity and Cities Skylines the player is a local government, in the Japanese A-Train games (now up to A-Train 9) the player is a combined real. Awesome that there is a OpenTTD subreddit.

(Information on how to use GRF parameters: in TTDPatch in OpenTTD). It is a maglev (magnetic levitation) line using partly. GRF parameters can be used to customize various aspects of the Japanese Train Set. This usually involves taking information from the section of track following the signal. A vactrain (or vacuum tube train) is a proposed design for very-high-speed rail transportation. They do this by preventing trains from entering areas where other trains might be, and so preventing them from crashing. There aren't any Japanese industry or road vehicle sets yet. Then add a bunch of extra train sets: NATS, TIAS, JP+, Keio/Keihan, Japanese Secret Engines, Hiroshima Trams and so on. Thanks in advance Start with everything that says JapanSet3. This can lead to warnings and unstable savegames. Railway construction Signals are useful devices that allow you to control Trains movement. Starting a new world and would like to be Japanese themed or any other GRF that would help. As you may know, regular trains in Japan run on 1067mm narrow gauge tracks and Shinkansen (bullet trains) run on 1435mm standard gauge tracks. Please enjoy the taster for what is to come over this festive period - and look forward to more in 2020!įinally, the trains you see in the preview are not cost balanced - and the costs are subject to change in future non-preview release versions. With the introduction of different rail types in OpenTTD, I was getting motivated to add more standard gauge trains to the Japan Set. Therefore, I've cut out the complex trains that still need some refinement and released for you all to play with a "Christmas 2020 Preview". That said - it's Christmas and it has been a long year and we have teased everyone more than enough over the years.

Wouldn't be right if you built a 2-car 209 Series EMU and there wasn't a pantograph until it was a 3-car unit now, would it? Add news setting for trains waiting due to routing restrictions.

Like TIAS, the trains in NATS have a set length. It's been a long year for everyone, but perhaps a good year to work on NewGRFs! - We've been working hard to get this perfect and some trains are going under graphics review or having pantographs added so they'll work whatever the consist length.I hope you can all understand that we would like to release each train in as best a finished state as possible. OpenTTD is a transport simulation game based upon the popular game Transport Tycoon. This set intends to include a whole lot of trains from the Nagoya Metro Area, which encompasses Aichi prefecture, Mie prefecture and Gifu prefecture.
